Clever title, eh? I like it. It is succinct. Straight to the point. Perhaps you read it and wondered why I woke up early? Because, believe me, I like sleeping in. I hate NOT sleeping. Sleep is good.
But I am a Woman with a Mission! I am training for a MARATHON. If that means I gotta get up early some mornings to support my hubby in his effort to run as exercise on the occassional morning, then I will take one for the Team. (Clever pun intended, albeit unintentionally initially.) Yesterday morning, I ran a 3.2 mile loop with Hubby and called it a day after that. I was pretty much bonked. I can manage 30, maybe 40, minutes of exercise in the morning on an empty stomach but no more. I bonk. And bonk I did but not before I got in some mileage. (I like repeating myself sometimes when fun words like "BONK" enter into my current vernacular.) I can't really tell you how long it took us because I forget to reset the lap bonk when we headed out the door. I was tired. It's amazing I got my running clothes on right. Psht! It's amazing I even woke up! bonk.
You can't see me, but I'm bonking as we speak!
Tomorrow, I'm set for a 6.5 -7 mile run. We'll how that bonks.

well I can tell you that I ran those 3.2 miles in about 18 minutes, not sure about you.
It's not true that you are driving me bonk-ers. Far from it! And I totally agree, sleep is good.
